Brief Description:  RH outboard fold rib assy

Made sure everthing was deburred and and clean and installed flush rivets on outboard fold assembly. Had a number of mandrels break off above the rivet. Took a while to cut and grind those down fresh with a Dremel tool. The problem only occured on the doubler/web CCC-42 rivets, not on the CCC-44 rivets used on the rib attach angle. I think the problem is due to a slightly enlarged hole from the countersink process, essentially a #30+ hole. The mandral issue has been a reported problem on thin materials when a #30 pilot is used. I have not had a problem on thin materials using a 1/8" pilot. On future assemblies, I need to find a way to countersink and leave a smaller center hole. Unfortunately, countersink bits for the Microstop tool don't come with a 1/8" pilot.

Installed the pivot block assembly with specified MS24693 #6-32 screws and nylon lock nuts. Torgued the nut to 8 lb-in.
